The invention provides a liquid spraying device, a carrier and a liquid spraying method, and relates to the technical field of automatic driving and unmanned driving. The liquid spraying device can beused for an unmanned vehicle; the liquid spraying device comprises a nozzle, a flow blocking part, a flow blocking part moving device and a sensing device; the flow blocking part is arranged in the front of the liquid spraying direction of the nozzle; the flow blocking part moving device is connected with the flow blocking part; the sensing device is connected with the flow blocking part moving device, and used for sensing the position where a moving object is; according to the position where the moving object is, the flow blocking part moving device moves the flow blocking part, and transmits to the flow blocking part moving device; and therefore, the flow blocking part moves onto the straight line formed by connection of the moving object and the nozzle. The liquid spraying device in the invention can adjust the position of the flow blocking part according to the position of the moving object outside the liquid spraying device, so that liquid is prevented from being sprayed on the moving object.
