The coal gangue solid waste comprises 85-95% of limestone, 2-10% of coal gangue, 3-9% of sandstone and 2-5% of nonferrous metal ash; in the coal gangue, the content of SiO2 is 52-65%, the content of Al2O3 is 16-36%, the content of Fe2O3 is 2-15%, the content of CaO is 0.25-2.5%, the content of MgO is 0.2-2.5%, the content of TiO2 is 0.5-4%, the content of P2O5 is 0.005-0.25%, the content of K2O is 0.5-2%, the content of Na2O is 0.5-2%, and the content of V2O5 is 0.01-0.1%; the limestone contains 10-30% of SiO2, 5-15% of Al2O3, 5-10% of Fe2O3 and 46-53% of CaO; the sandstone contains 65-80% of SiO2, 7-12% of Al2O3, 1.0-3.0% of Fe2O3 and 1-5% of CaO; and the non-ferrous metal ash contains 20-30% of SiO2, 9-20% of Al2O3, 4-6% of Fe2O3 and 50-55% of CaO.
