The raw material admixture prepared from coal ash solid waste is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 85 to 92% of limestone, 3 to 10% of sandstone, 2 to 10% of fly ash and 2 to 5% of nonferrous metal ash. The limestone contains 10%-30% of SiO2, 5%-15% of Al2O3, 5%-10% of Fe2O3 and 46%-53% of Cao; the sandstone contains 65%-80% of SiO2, 7%-12% of Al2O3, 1.0%-3.0% of Fe2O3 and 1%-5% of CaO; the nonferrous metal ash comprises 20%-30% of SiO2, 9%-20% of Al2O3, 4%-10% of Fe2O3 and 50%-55% of CaO, and the fly ash comprises 25%-35% of SiO2, 35%-45% of Al2O3, 5%-10% of Fe2O3, 5%-10% of CaO, and balance of unburned carbon particles. The method has the advantages that the fly ash is added into the raw material, so that the fly ash can be recycled, and the cement production cost can be reduced.
