Biomimetic cement product and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a biomimetic cement product. The biomimetic cement product is prepared from, by weight, 8 to 12 parts of ceramic waste, 18 to 25 parts of cement, 3 to 6 parts of glass fragments, 1 to 3 parts of vermiculite, 6 to 9 parts of light calcium oxide, 4 to 8 parts of polyvinyl formal, 9 to 12 parts of bentonite and 10 to 15 parts of a pigment. Raw materials are treated by crushingand wet grinding methods to refine the raw materials, and then the bionic ceramic cement product is prepared by a dry pressing method and a gradual curing method. The obtained biomimetic ceramic cement product is good in mechanical property, the regularity of the cement product is relieved to a certain extent due to the fact that the powder with the slightly large size is added, and stress in alldirections is released to a certain extent, so the cement product is prevented from cracking, and the biomimetic ceramic cement product is not prone to cracking; and meanwhile, the ceramic waste andthe broken glass slag are adopted, so resources are fully recycled, and the method is economical and environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了仿陶瓷水泥制品,包括下列重量份的原料:陶瓷废料8‑12份、水泥18‑25份、玻璃碎渣3‑6份、蛭石1‑3份、轻质氧化钙6‑9份、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛4‑8份、膨润土9‑12份、色料10‑15份。本发明通过粉碎、湿磨法来进行原料的处理,使原料精细化,再通过干压法成型、逐步养护的方法来制备仿生陶瓷水泥制品,所得仿生陶瓷水泥制品机械性好,由于加入了稍大尺寸的粉料,在一定程度缓解了水泥制品规整性,使各向受力得到一定释放,这样就防止水泥制品开裂,使得仿生陶瓷水泥制品不易开裂;同时,本发明采用陶瓷废料和玻璃碎渣,对资源进行充分的回收利用,经济、环保。
