The concrete is prepared from components in parts by weight asfollows: 100-200 parts of cement, 80-160 parts of water, 10-40 parts of a water reducing agent, 15-55 parts of a dry strength agent, 30-60 parts of fly ash, 5-20 parts of sodium sulfate, 20-80 parts of calcium chloride, 10-40 parts of an anti-cracking fiber agent and 50-90 parts of far-infrared ceramic powder. According to the invention, the anti-cracking fiber agent is added into a traditional concrete raw material; micro-gaps on a concrete interface can be filled; the binding force between the interfaces is enhanced; the crack resistance and the compressive strength of the concrete are greatly improved; the far infrared ceramic coating (containing nano titanium oxide coating) has a catalytic oxidation function; under irradiation of sunlight (especially ultraviolet rays), OH<-> is generated, indoor benzene, formaldehyde, sulfide, ammonia and odorous substances can be effectively removed, the concrete has sterilization and heat preservation functions, the effect of the concrete is greatly improved on the basis that heat loss can be reduced, and the concrete has certain market popularization prospects.
本发明涉及混凝土制备技术领域,公开了一种高强度保温混凝土,包括如下重量份的组分:水泥100‑200份、水80‑160份、减水剂10‑40份、旱强剂15‑55份、粉煤灰30‑60份、硫酸钠5‑20份、氯化钙20‑80份、抗裂纤维剂10‑40份以及远红外陶瓷粉50‑90份。本发明通过在传统的混凝土原料中加入了抗裂纤维剂,可以填充混凝土界面上的微空隙,增强了界面间的结合力,大大增加了混凝土的抗裂性和抗压强度,而远红外陶瓷涂料(含纳米氧化钛涂料)具有催化氧化功能,在太阳光(尤其是紫外线)照射下,生成OH‑,能有效除去室内的苯、甲醛、硫化物、氨和臭味物质,并具有杀菌和保温的功能,在可以减少了热量流失的基础上,极大地增加了混凝土的功效,具备一定的市场推广前景。
