The concrete is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of ordinary Portland cement, 20-25% of titanium waste residues, 10-15% of red gypsum, 3-8% of a polymer emulsion, 1.5-5% of a foaming agent, 1-2%of calcium stearate, 2-3% of lithium chloride, 0.6-0.8% of a polycarboxylate water reducer, 0.1-0.3% of polypropylene fibers and 10-15% of water, wherein the polymer emulsion is formed by polymerizing a methacrylic acid sulfobetaine monomer, vinyl acetate, deionized water and a cosolvent under the action of an initiator. The prepared high-strength thermal insulation concrete is low in heat conductivity coefficient, high in strength, low in water absorption rate and good in thermal insulation effect, is an ideal building material and can be further popularized in related industries of buildings.
