The invention discloses a production process of autoclaved aerated concrete with an ultralow heat conductivity coefficient. The production process comprises the following steps: proportionally preparing raw materials, adding the raw materials into a stirring tank, carrying out stirring at a high speed of 1400 revolutions per minute, pouring the stirred materials into a mold, carrying out walking and standing successively, opening the mold, performing overturning and cutting, removing a backing material, carrying out steam curing, breaking off a plate, inspecting and warehousing a finished product. A formula for the autoclaved aerated concrete with the ultralow heat conductivity coefficient in the invention comprises, on the basis of 1300 kg (5m<3>) of a total feeding amount, 120 kg of lime, 500 kg of cement, 480 kg of mortar (dry), 200 kg of waste slurry (dry), 2.7 kg of aluminum powder (dry), 200 ml of an admixture 1 and 200 ml of an admixture 2, wherein a water cement ratio is 0.82.
