Preparation method of composite ceramic membrane
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic membrane, in particular to a preparation method of a composite ceramic membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a support body: mixing aluminum oxide powder, titanium oxide powder, zirconium oxide powder and auxiliary materials according to a certain ratio, and carrying out mixing, kneading, forming and drying operations, and finally sintering the mixture at high temperature to form the support body, wherein the flow channel arrangement mode of the support body adopts a mode of combining a circular flow channel and a runway-shaped flow channel; (2) preparing a transition layer, namely mixing zirconium oxide powder, aluminum oxide powder, titanium oxide powder and auxiliary materials, and carrying out stirring, coating and drying operation, and sintering the mixture at high temperature to form the transition layer; and 3) preparation of a filter membrane layer: mixing zirconium oxide powder, aluminum oxide powder, titanium oxide powder and auxiliary materials, and performing stirring, coating, drying and high-temperature sintering operations to obtain the filter membrane layer with the filter precision of 20-200 nanometers. The ceramic membrane prepared by the method has the characteristics of high flux, high bending strength, strong pollution resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
本发明涉及陶瓷膜的制备方法,具体涉及一种复合陶瓷膜的制备方法。包括以下步骤:1)制备支撑体,将氧化铝粉体、氧化钛粉体、氧化锆粉体和辅料按照一定比例混合,经过混料、捏合、成型、干燥、最后经高温烧结形成支撑体,支撑体的流道排列方式采用圆形流道和跑道形流道相结合的形式;2)制备过渡层,将氧化锆粉体、氧化铝粉体、氧化钛粉体和辅料混合,经搅拌、涂膜、干燥和高温烧结形成过渡层;3)过滤膜层制备,将氧化锆粉体、氧化铝粉体、氧化钛粉体和辅料混合,经搅拌、涂膜、干燥和高温烧结,得到过滤精度20‑200纳米的过滤膜层。采用本发明方法制备的陶瓷膜具有通量大、弯曲强度高、抗污染性强、耐酸碱腐蚀的特点。
