Method for preparing recycled materials of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide by utilizing aluminum-silicon overhaul slag of electrolytic cell
The invention provides a method for preparing recycled materials of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide by utilizing aluminum-silicon overhaul slag of an electrolytic cell, which comprises the followingsteps: A) crushing hardened impermeable materials, insulating bricks and refractory bricks in the aluminum-silicon overhaul slag to obtain initial raw materials; B) mixing the initial raw material with an aqueous solution of an oxidant, and reacting to remove cyanide in the initial raw material to obtain a treatment solution; and C) mixing the treatment solution with an inhibitor and a capturing agent for flotation, then introducing bubbles, and sequentially performing bubble scraping, washing and drying to obtain a recycled material of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide. According to the method, cryolite is separated from aluminum oxide and silicon oxide through a flotation method, then the aluminum oxide and the silicon oxide serve as ingredients to prepare the dry-type anti-seepage material, and meanwhile direct recycling of the insulating bricks and the refractory bricks with relatively complete components and regeneration treatment of overhaul slag solid waste are completed.
本发明提供了一种利用电解槽铝硅质大修渣制备氧化铝和氧化硅的回收料的方法,包括以下步骤:A)将铝硅质大修渣中的板结防渗料、保温砖和耐火砖破碎,得到初始原料;B)将所述初始原料与氧化剂的水溶液混合、反应,以除去初始原料中的氰化物,得到处理溶液;C)将所述处理溶液与抑制剂和捕捉剂混合进行浮选,再通入气泡,依次进行刮泡、水洗、干燥,得到氧化铝和氧化硅的回收料。本发明利用浮选法将冰晶石与氧化铝和氧化硅分离,再将氧化铝与氧化硅作为配料制备干式防渗料,同时完成了对成分相对完整的保温砖以及耐火砖的直接回收和大修渣固废的再生处理。
