The invention provides a treatment method for synergistic ceramization of electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag. The ceramization process mainly comprises the processes of raw material pretreatment, ball milling, drying, kiln loading, firing, cutting, processing and preparation and the like. The treatment method is combined with the steps in the ceramic process to form a complete self-circulation treatment process, and comprises the steps of 1, sorting the overhaul slag; 2, crushing the waste slag to be treated; 3, sorting the crushed powder; 4, mixing the selected waste slag with other raw materials, and adding a chelating agent for ball milling; 5, drying the obtained slurry to prepare powder; and 6, distributing, calcining, and naturally cooling to obtain a ceramic product.
