Coating process and coating device for flat plate type ceramic separation membrane
The invention provides a coating process and a coating device for a flat plate type ceramic separation membrane. The coating process comprises the steps: atomizing and separating a coating liquid intofine liquid drops by adopting an ultrasonic atomizing and spraying coating method, and spraying the fine liquid drops to the surface of one side of a flat plate type ceramic separation membrane substrate; heating and drying a membrane layer by using drying equipment, turning the flat plate type ceramic separation membrane substrate by 180 degrees by using a turning device, making the coated surface downward, and making the uncoated surface upward; and moving to another coating machine and drying equipment to sequentially carry out ultrasonic atomization spraying and heating drying on the other surface of the flat plate type ceramic separation membrane substrate, and finally carrying out high-temperature sintering to obtain the flat plate type ceramic separation membrane of which the frontsurface and the back surface are coated with membrane layers. The whole coating process can be continuously, automatically and quickly carried out, the coating efficiency is greatly improved, and theobtained membrane layers are thin, good in uniformity, excellent in filtering performance, low in raw material consumption, high in raw material utilization rate, economical and environmentally friendly.
本发明提供一种平板式陶瓷分离膜的镀膜工艺和镀膜装置,采用超声雾化喷涂的镀膜方法将镀膜液雾化分离成细微液滴并喷涂至平板式陶瓷分离膜基板其中一侧表面;再经过烘干设备将膜层加热烘干,随后利用翻转装置将平板式陶瓷分离膜基板翻转180°,使已镀膜一面朝下,未镀层一面朝上;移动至另一台镀膜机和烘干设备依次对所述平板式陶瓷分离膜基板的另一面进行超声雾化喷涂和加热干燥,最终经过高温烧结得到正反两面都镀好膜层的平板式陶瓷分离膜。整个镀膜工艺能连续、自动、快速地进行,极大提高镀膜效率,且得到的膜层厚度薄、膜层均匀性好、过滤性能优异、原料用量少、原料利用率高,经济环保。
