Novel long rail changing operation method
The invention discloses a novel long rail changing operation method, which comprises the following steps of 1) connecting short rails to be replaced, and loosening buckle fittings; 2) enabling the rail changing vehicle to reach a rail changing construction site, aligning the new steel rail joint with a middle guide frame of the rail changing vehicle, and descending the rail changing vehicle to thelowest position by utilizing a lifting screw rod; 3) hoisting new steel rails on the two sides to enable the steel rails to enter the middle guide frame, and enabling the rail changing vehicle to move forwards continuously; 4) hoisting the old steel rails on the two sides to enable the old steel rails to enter the lower guide frame; 5) enabling the new steel rail to enter an upper guide wheel, enabling the rail changing vehicle to move forwards, and enabling the new steel rail to enter a guide groove and perform rail alignment; 6) cutting and polishing a new steel rail, enabling one end of the new steel rail to be butted with the paved steel rail, and adjusting a rail gap; and (7) enabling the rail changing vehicle to move forwards slowly to enable the steel rail to be separated from themiddle guide frame slowly, hoisting a new steel rail through a chain block before the steel rail is about to be separated from the rear guide frame of the rail changing vehicle, after the steel rail is completely separated from the rear guide frame, putting down the new steel rail and and merging into a rail sinking groove in a sleeper, and withdrawing the rail changing vehicle after rail changingis completed.
