The invention discloses a pouring process for preventing steel pipe concrete from disengaging, which comprises the following steps: heating a steel tube to expand the steel tube, and pouring concreteinto the steel tube; and after concrete pouring is completed, stopping heating, and sealing the surface of the poured concrete, so that the steel pipe and the concrete shrink together, and the solidified concrete is hooped. In the pouring process for preventing steel pipe concrete from disengaging, the steel pipe is heated first, concrete is poured into the steel pipe after the steel pipe is expanded; thus, after pouring is completed and heating is stopped, the steel pipe and the concrete shrink together, thus, after the steel pipe is cooled and the concrete is solidified, the steel pipe and the concrete can form a hooped combined structure in the construction stage, and the steel pipe and the concrete cannot be thermally separated under the action of sunlight in the use stage, so that theservice life of a concrete-filled steel tube member is prolonged, and the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge can be applied to a larger span.
