Electric pole anti-collision device
The invention discloses an electric pole anti-collision device which comprises a force transmission cylinder, an annular fixing position is arranged on the outer side wall of the force transmission cylinder, and an upper hinge position and a lower hinge position which are distributed in the circumferential direction and correspond to each other in a one-to-one mode are arranged on the inner side wall of the force transmission cylinder; an enclasping assembly which comprises upper connecting rod sets and lower connecting rod sets, one ends of the upper connecting rod sets are hinged into the upper hinge positions, and one ends of the lower connecting rod sets are hinged into the lower hinge positions; the other end of each upper connecting rod group is hinged with an upper enclasping block,and the other end of each lower connecting rod group is hinged with a lower enclasping block; the upper enclasping blocks and the lower enclasping blocks are in one-to-one correspondence, a tensioning piece is further connected between each upper enclasping block and the corresponding lower enclasping block, and the upper enclasping blocks and the lower enclasping blocks can be pressed on the outer side wall of the electric pole through stretching of the tensioning pieces; and a force unloading cylinder which is located on the periphery of the force transmission cylinder and comprises a supporting layer connected to the annular fixing position and a buffer layer arranged on the outer layer of the supporting layer. According to the invention, the effects of impact force buffering and rotating force unloading can be very effectively achieved.
本发明公开了一种电杆防碰撞装置,包括:传力筒,其外侧壁上设置有环形固定位,其内侧壁上设置有沿周向分布且一一对应的上铰接位和下铰接位;抱紧组件,其包括一端铰接在各个上铰接位内的各个上连杆组,以及一端铰接在各个下铰接位内的各个下连杆组;各个上连杆组的另一端铰接有上抱紧块,各个下连杆组的另一端铰接有下抱紧块;所述上抱紧块与下抱紧块一一对应,各个上抱紧块与对应的下抱紧块之间还连接有拉紧件,并能够通过拉紧件的拉伸而按压在电杆的外侧壁上;以及,卸力筒,位于所述传力筒的外围,其包括连接在所述环形固定位上的支撑层以及设置于所述支撑层外层的缓冲层。本发明能够非常有效地起到撞击力缓冲及转动卸力的效用。
