According to the technical scheme, detachable connection in the circumferential direction and the vertical direction can be achieved at the same time, assembling and disassembling of the overall structure are facilitated, the overall height of the electric pole anti-collision device can be adjusted, and flexibility and environmental adaptability are higher; and meanwhile, the anti-collision sub-plate can be independently replaced, so that the maintenance cost can be reduced.
