A wind power generation device of an electric dust-removing and haze-reducing cleaning vehicle comprises a mounting frame, a filter cloth bag and a dust collection fan are arranged on the mounting frame, a flow guide bin is arranged in the middle of the mounting frame, an air outlet is formed in the lower end of the flow guide bin and is communicated with an inlet in the bottom of the filter clothbag, and an air inlet is formed in the upper end of the flow guide bin and is connected with an air outlet of the dust collection fan; and a rotatable wind wheel is installed on the upper portion inthe flow guide bin corresponding to the center of the air inlet of the flow guide bin, one end of a wheel shaft of the wind wheel penetrates out of the front face of the flow guide bin and is connected with a generator rotating shaft arranged on the flow guide bin, and the generator is electrically connected with a storage battery of the electric dust-removing and haze-reducing cleaning vehicle. The wind energy generated by the dust collection fan can be converted into electric energy to charge the storage battery, so that the operation time and the driving range are prolonged, and the wind energy generated by the dust collection fan is fully utilized; and noise during operation of the dust collection fan is effectively reduced, the installation structure of the filter cloth bag is simplified, and installation and maintenance are convenient.
一种电动除尘减霾清洁车的风力发电装置,包括安装架,在安装架上设有过滤布袋和吸尘风机,其特征是:在安装架上的中部设有一个导流仓,导流仓下端设有排风口且与过滤布袋底部的入口连通,在导流仓上端设有进风口并与吸尘风机的排风口连接;在导流仓内上部对应其进风口中心安装有可旋转的风轮,风轮的轮轴一端由导流仓前面穿出并与设在导流仓上的发电机转轴连接,所述发电机与该电动除尘减霾清洁车的蓄电池电联接。有益效果是:能够将吸尘风机产生的风能转换为电能并给蓄电池充电,延长作业时间和续驶里程,使吸尘风机产生的风能得到充分利用;有效降低吸尘风机作业时的噪音,简化过滤布袋安装结构,便于安装和维护。
