The device comprises a steel pipe, a water pump and an anchor claw, and is characterized in that a diameterof the steel pipe is matched with a diameter of a precipitation well pipe at the lower part of a bottom plate, a wall thickness of the steel pipe is greater than or equal to 10 mm, and the length isgreater than or equal to 500 mm; the water pump is provided with a water pump water pumping steel pipe, the lower part of the water pump water pumping steel pipe is connected with a foundation pit water pumping steel pipe, and the upper part of the water pump water pumping steel pipe is connected with the water pump; and the anchor claw is a U-shaped steel bar, a length of elbows on both ends of the U-shaped steel bar is 100mm, and a length of the anchor claw is 250mm. The foundation pit bottom plate reserved precipitation plugging device has the advantages that the plugging device is simple in structure, and convenient to manufacture, foundation pit precipitation and plugging engineering are safe and reliable, the device becomes a bottom plate reserved precipitation well hole is filling-free quick plugging devices, construction is convenient, the plugging device is provided with multiple waterproof measures, and plugging in place at one time and reducing engineering cost are powerfully guaranteed.
