The municipal manhole cover comprises an annular cover seat, wherein an inner wall of theannular cover seat is connected with a central column through a plurality of connecting rods, the two adjacent connecting rods, the central column and the annular cove seat form drainage cavities, abaffle that is hinged with the annular cove seat and can seal the drainage cavities is arranged in each drainage cavity, a water leakage hole is formed in the middle of the baffle, and the water leakage hole is detachably connected with a filtering piece for filtering impurities in the water; an inner wall of the annular cover seat is hinged with support cylinders that are equal to the number of the baffles, and piston rods of the support cylinders are hinged with the baffles respectively; a filtering screen of which the middle is connected with the central column and elastic is arranged belowthe central column, the side of the filtering screen is respectively connected with each baffle, and when the openings of the drainage cavities are sealed by the baffles, the filtering screen is in aclosed state. The municipal manhole cover has the following effects: a well cover is not separated from a wellhead when plenty of water accumulates on a pavement, so pedestrians do not fall into thewell, and the potential safety hazard is small.
