The invention provides a basement base plate leakage treatment device and a basement base plate leakage treatment method. The treatment device comprises a channel, wherein the channel is arranged on abasement base plate along a leakage point of the basement base plate, and the channel extends to a water collection well or a pipe drain; a bottom part of the channel is provided with a mushroom-shaped dredging part filled with a first filler; and a waterproof part is arranged at a top part of the dredging part in the channel. According to the device and the method provided by the invention, through the channel excavated on the basement base plate along the leakage point of the basement base plate, leakage water of the basement base plate is guided to the water collection well or the pipe drain through dredging, thus, repeated occurrence of the leakage point is avoided, the leakage point of the basement base plate is mostly a weak part of the basement base plate, by a dredging mode of setting the channel, leakage water of other parts can be lead in, and dryness of large area of a basement base floor is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种地下室底板渗漏处理装置及地下室底板渗漏处理方法，该处理装置包括：沟槽；其中，沟槽沿地下室底板的渗漏点设置在地下室底板上，并且，沟槽延伸至集水井或管沟处；沟槽的底部设有呈蘑菇状的疏导部，其填充有第一填充物；在沟槽内于疏导部的顶部设置有防水部。本发明通过地下室底板上沿地下室底板的渗漏点开挖的沟槽，对地下室底板的渗漏水疏导至集水井或管沟处，避免反复出现渗漏点，地下室底板的渗漏点多为地下室底板的薄弱部位，采取设置沟槽的疏导方式，可将其它部位渗漏水引入，保证地下室地面大面积的干燥。
