The excavator vibration reduction method comprises the vibration reduction step used for reducing vibration caused by a movable arm, specifically, an external signal is converted into a first electric signal, the first electric signal is output, and the first electric signal is a step signal; the first electric signal is converted into a second electric signal, the second electric signal is output, and the second electric signal is a slope signal or a step signal; and the second electric signal is converted into a hydraulic signal, and the opening speed of a movable arm valve element is controlled based on pilot pressure, represented by the hydraulic signal, of hydraulic oil. The technical problem that in the prior art, the speed changes suddenly in the moving starting and stopping process of an excavator movable arm, and consequentlyan excavator shakes front and back is solved.
