The invention discloses an underwater sludge cleaning trolley. The underwater sludge cleaning trolley comprises a shell, wherein a closed trolley body cavity is formed in the shell; a sludge sucking device is arranged on the left side in the trolley body cavity and comprises a sludge sucking motor; the sludge sucking motor is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the left side of the trolley bodycavity; and a sludge sucking cover is arranged on the left side of the sludge sucking motor and is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the left side of the trolley body cavity. The underwater sludgecleaning trolley can independently work underwater; sludge is scattered and is sucked in the trolley, then most of water in the sludge is separated from the sludge in an extrusion mode, then the water is drained in a river channel, and loss of water resources is reduced; and moreover, the underwater sludge cleaning trolley is provided with a sludge storage bin, the sludge can be conveyed back toa shore after work is finished, and the cost of conveying the sludge to the shore can be saved.
