The invention discloses an automatic cleaning trolley with a sludge dewatering treatment function. The automatic cleaning trolley comprises a sludge trolley supporting frame, a sludge trolley brush head, a driving mechanism, a sludge collecting hopper, a sludge trolley shooting device, an electric device, a damping device and a potential energy conversion mechanism. After the dehydrated cement waste is received by the trolley outer sleeve, on one hand, the inner sleeve can be driven to be meshed with a duplicate gear pinion on saw-tooth-shaped racks on the two sides of the outer sleeve, the duplicate gear is driven to move, and a large gear on the outer side of the duplicate gear is matched with a gear and meshed with a pinion on the outer side of the gear, so that a belt pulley rotates; the two motors on the lower side of the sleeve are charged to drive the trolley to move through secondary belt transmission. In addition, after sludge dewatering is finished, the conveying trolley can be automatically cleaned. The device not only saves manpower, but also plays a role in environmental protection.
