The invention relates to a dead water preventing air pressure tank and relates to the technical field of water supply equipment. The dead water preventing air pressure tank comprises a tank body; an elastic membrane is arranged in the tank body; the elastic membrane partitions the interior of the tank body into an air chamber and a water chamber; an inflation valve used for inflating the air chamber and a pressure gauge used for detecting the pressure of the air chamber are correspondingly mounted on the tank body; a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are mounted at the bottom of the tank body; one end of the water inlet pipe extends into the water chamber and extends to one side, close to the top of the tank body, of the water chamber; a spraying structure is connected to one side,close to the top of the tank body, of the water inlet pipe; the spraying structure comprises a spraying head and a U-shaped pipe; one end of the U-shaped pipe is connected with the spraying head; thespraying head is connected to the other end of the U-shaped pipe; and multiple water spraying holes are formed in positions, facing towards the bottom and the peripheral side of the tank body, on theside wall of the spraying head. According to the dead water preventing air pressure tank, dead water cannot be generated in the water chamber, the generation of microorganisms in the water chamber iseffectively avoided, secondary pollution cannot be caused, and the water quality is guaranteed.
