The invention discloses a safe anti-overflow inspection well cover, and relates to the field of municipal construction. The well cover comprises a top cover, a supporting device is arranged below thetop cover, two drain holes are formed in the top cover in a penetrating manner, drain pipes are fixedly connected to the positions, located at the drain holes, of the bottom end of the top cover, andanti-overflow mechanisms are arranged in the drain pipes; and the anti-overflow mechanisms comprise water inlet cavities, middle cavities and water outlet cavities, wherein the water inlet cavities, the middle cavities and the water outlet cavities are formed in a bottom cover and are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and communicate with one another, wherein first circulation openings areformed in the joints between the water inlet cavities and the middle cavities, second circulation openings are formed in the joints between the water outlet cavities and the middle cavities, and floating balls are arranged in the middle cavities. According to the well cover, through the arrangement of the supporting device, the top cover can be supported in a multi-point mode, and the inspection well cover has a dual-protection function; and through the arrangement of the anti-overflow mechanisms, under the condition that the road surface drainage is achieved, water in a sewer can be effectively prevented from overflowing and flowing back to a road surface, and the safety and sanitation of the road surface are improved.
