According to the rainwatercollecting device, through the arrangement of the residue receiving hopper below the sealing cover and the water inlet holes in the hollow pipes, rainwater can enter the position below the residue receiving hopper, in this way, large-particle impurities such as stones can be prevented from entering a water storage shell, and the rainwater collecting quality is improved; and the arc-shaped protective rings arranged on the hollow pipes, mounting mesh rings, the plastic rings, grooves and plugs on connecting rods are arranged.
