Inverted cone jacking method for large-span net rack structure
The invention provides an inverted cone jacking method for a large-span net rack structure. The method comprises the following steps of A, arranging a supporting rack on the ground, and splicing threelayers of arc-shaped net racks from bottom to top in sequence on the supporting rack; B, mounting a jacking support at the free end of the spliced lowermost net rack; C, arranging a jacking device below the jacking support and enabling the jacking portion of the jacking device to make contact with a first ball node of the jacking support; D, jacking the net rack by the jacking device through thejacking support; E, after the free end of the net rack is jacked by a certain height, continuing to conduct splicing along the free end of the net rack, reserving positions for mounting the jacking support and placing the jacking device below the free end lowermost net rack newly formed by the net racks; F, repeating the steps B to D until the whole net rack is spliced; and G, after the whole netrack is spliced, arranging a mounting support on the ground, and fixing a ball node at the free end of the net rack to the mounting support. The method enables simple and convenient construction and is easy to implement.
