Fireproof heat insulation board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a fireproof heat insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof. The fireproof heat insulation board comprises an A-level fireproof heat insulation board body, a pluralityof steel wire meshes and a plurality of limiting components, wherein a plurality of grooves used for containing anchor plates in anchoring parts are formed in one side of the A-level fireproof heat insulation board body; the plurality of steel wire meshes and the plurality of limiting components are all arranged in the A-level fireproof heat insulation board body; the two ends of each limiting component abut against the two corresponding adjacent steel wire meshes correspondingly; and the plurality of steel wire meshes are isolated from one another through the plurality of limiting componentsand are arranged in the A-level fireproof heat insulation board body in a stacked manner in the thickness direction of the A-level fireproof heat insulation board body. The steel wire meshes are supported and isolated through the limiting components, and the positions of the multiple steel wire meshes in the A-level fireproof heat insulation board body are accurately limited; and meanwhile, afterthe anchoring parts are mounted, protrusions cannot be formed on the board face, and therefore the effect of construction of an outer side face protection layer is further optimized.
