The fireproof heat-insulation board comprises the first fireproof base plate, the aerogel layer is arranged on one side of the bottom of the first fireproof base plate, the first gridding cloth is adhered to one side of the bottom of the aerogel layer, the heat-insulation layer is arranged on one side of the bottom of the first gridding cloth, and the second gridding cloth is arranged on one side of the bottom of the heat-insulation layer. The fireproof heat-insulation board is high in fireproof ability, light in weight and convenient to mount, and therefore, the fireproofand heat-insulation ability of the fireproof heat-insulation board is improved.
