The invention discloses a building floor with long service life and a preparation method thereof. The building floor with the long service life comprises a plurality of beam bodies, pre-cast floor slabs and cast-in-place bodies, the pre-cast floor slabs are supported on the beam bodies, and the cast-in-place bodies are poured on the beam bodies and poured between the pre-cast floor slabs and the beam bodies or between the adjacent pre-cast floor slabs and the beam bodies; and a plurality of dovetail grooves and a plurality of hook-shaped connecting ribs are arranged at the two ends of each pre-cast floor slab in parallel, the hook-shaped connecting ribs of the adjacent pre-cast floor slabs are hooked together, and the dovetail grooves are filled with the cast-in-place bodies. The preparation method of the building floor with the long service life comprises the steps of pre-cast floor slab pouring forming, pre-cast floor slab hoisting, cast-in-place body pouring and upper layer structure laying. The building floor and the preparation method are used for improving the structures between the pre-cast floor slabs of the building floor, the problem that the adjacent pre-cast floor slabsare cracked due to thermal expansion and cold contraction is effectively avoided, the waterproof problem of the floor is solved accordingly, and the service life of the building floor is prolonged.
