The invention aims to provide a building floor slab and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: setting a target comprehensive sound insulation threshold value and a target comprehensive heat transfer threshold value of a to-be-prepared target building floor slab; determining at least one component material and construction mode of the target building floor; respectively measuring the reference sound reduction index of each component material under the corresponding reference thickness; respectively measuring the actual heat conductivity coefficient of each component material; based on the reference sound reduction index under the reference thickness corresponding to each component material, the laying thickness corresponding to each component material and the actual sound reduction index under each component material are obtained; based on the actual heat conductivity coefficient and the actual sound reduction index of each component material, the actual comprehensive sound reduction index and the actual comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the target building floor are obtained; and when the actual comprehensive sound insulation index meets the target comprehensive sound insulation threshold value and the actual comprehensive heat transfer coefficient meets the target comprehensive heat transfer threshold value, a target building floor slab is laid, and height-aligned building floor slab construction is conducted according to different building projects.
