Cold-bent thin-walled C-shaped steel edge-covered ardealite module filling wall and manufacturing method
The invention discloses a cold-bent thin-walled C-shaped steel edge-covered ardealite module filling wall and a manufacturing method. Cold-bent thin-walled C-shaped steel is firstly fixed around ardealite modules through self-tapping screws, and manufacturing of cold-bent thin-walled C-shaped steel edge-covered ardealite modules is completed; and then guide rails are mounted on the floor face andthe column side in a frame, the cold-bent thin-walled C-shaped steel edge-covered ardealite modules are mounted one by one, and the modules are connected through dedicated connecting parts. After allthe modules are mounted, the beam bottom (wall top) guide rails are mounted, and the gap between the wall and the beam bottom is filled with polyurethane foam. According to the filling wall, construction is convenient, the labor intensity is low, the cost is saved, meanwhile, the wall has the good heat insulation and fireproof performance, and a new direction can be opened up for resource comprehensive utilization of ardealite.
本发明公开了一种冷弯薄壁C型钢包边磷石膏模块填充墙及制作方法,是先利于自攻螺丝将冷弯薄壁C型钢固定在磷石膏模块四周,完成冷弯薄壁C型钢包边磷石膏模块制作;然后在框架内楼面及柱侧安装导轨,并将冷弯薄壁C型钢包边磷石膏模块逐个进行安装,模块之间采用专用连接件进行连接。带所有模块安装完毕后,再安装梁底(墙体顶部)导轨,并利用聚氨酯泡沫填充墙体与梁底之间的空隙;该填充墙体施工便利、劳动强度低、成本节约,同时该墙体还具有良好的保温隔热及防火性能,也可为磷石膏的资源综合利用开辟一条新的方向。
