The invention relates to a construction method of an ardealite sprayed wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a light steel keel is manufactured, specifically, a top keel,a ground keel, a plurality of vertical keels and a plurality of through keels are manufactured by using cold-formed thin-walled steel; 2, a keel frame is prefabricated, specifically, the top keel, the ground keel, the vertical keels and the through keels are assembled together in advance, in the assembling process, the parallelism between the top keel and the ground keel and the parallelism between the top keel and the through keels are guaranteed, the two ends of each vertical keel are perpendicularly connected with the top keel and the ground keel correspondingly, and the axes of through keel penetrating holes in the vertical keels coincide; 3, prefabricated bolts are arranged on a top floor or a floor, concrete columns, shear walls, steel columns and steel beams; 4, the prefabricated keel frame is connected with the prefabricated bolts in an inserted mode; and 5, a fiber reinforced phosphogypsum board is prepared, and phosphogypsum mortar is sprayed between the prefabricated keel frame and the fiber reinforced phosphogypsum board. According to the method, the construction efficiency of the phosphogypsum sprayed wall is improved.
本发明涉及磷石膏喷筑墙体的施工方法,磷石膏喷筑墙体的施工方法包括:步骤一、制作轻钢龙骨,包括采用冷弯薄壁型钢制作顶龙骨、地龙骨、多根竖龙骨和多根通贯龙骨;步骤二、预制龙骨架,将顶龙骨、地龙骨、竖龙骨和通贯龙骨预先装配在一起,装配过程中,保证顶龙骨与地龙骨以及通贯龙骨三者之间的平行度、各个竖龙骨的两端分别于顶龙骨和地龙骨垂直连接、各个竖龙骨上的通贯龙骨穿孔的轴线重合;步骤三、在顶部楼板或者楼地面、混凝土柱、剪力墙、钢柱和钢梁上设置预制螺栓;步骤四、将预制龙骨架与预制螺栓插接;步骤五、制备纤维增强磷石膏板并在预制龙骨架与纤维增强磷石膏板之间喷筑磷石膏砂浆。上述方法提高了磷石膏喷筑墙体的施工效率。
