Light heat-preservation concrete prefabricated slab and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field, and particularly relates to a light heat-preservation concrete prefabricated slab and a manufacturing method thereof. A disclosed prefabricated slab bodycomprises a foam concrete layer close to the indoor portion, an outer concrete layer close to the outdoor portion and a triangular framework positioned between foam concrete and outer concrete, wherein a first reinforcing mesh and a second reinforcing mesh are arranged in the foam concrete layer and the outer concrete layer correspondingly; and the two ends of the triangular framework are positioned in the foam concrete layer and the outer concrete layer correspondingly and connected with the first reinforcing mesh and the second reinforcing mesh correspondingly. The disclosed manufacturing method of the prefabricated slab includes the following steps that the triangular framework is welded and formed; the second reinforcing mesh is laid; the triangular framework and the second reinforcingmesh are welded together; concrete slurry is poured, and the concrete layer is prepared; the first reinforcing mesh of the foam concrete layer is welded to the upper portion of the triangular framework; and then the foam concrete slurry is poured, and the foam concrete layer is prepared; maintenance is conducted, and a finished product is obtained after formwork removal.
