Decorative plate and production process thereof
The invention relates to a decorative plate. The decorative plate comprises a plate body, thin films covering two sides of the plate body, and a frame on the periphery of the plate body. Annular grooves are formed in the edges of the front and rear sides of the periphery of the plate body. The frame comprises two transverse splicing plates and two vertical splicing plates, and two ends of the vertical splicing plates are connected with the transverse splicing plates in an abutting manner. The side, close to the plate body, of the frame is provided with a containing groove, and the edge of theplate body abuts against the bottom of the containing groove. The ends of the transverse splicing plates and the vertical splicing plates are connected through connecting pieces, grooves are formed inthe portions, close to the ends, of the transverse splicing plates, and the grooves run through the transverse splicing plates. Each connecting piece comprises a connecting block installed in the corresponding groove, wherein a notch is formed in the connecting block, two movable rods perpendicular to each other are movably installed in the notch, and the movable rods are oppositely arranged andextend to the outside of the connecting block. The ends of the vertical splicing plates are provided with clamping openings matched with the ends of the movable rods. The decorative plate has the advantages of being not liable to adhesive failure separation and convenient to recycle.
