The invention provides a decorative plate as well as a production line and a production process thereof. The decorative plate production line comprises a control center, a conveying roller way, pasting equipment, a cutting-off mechanism, a first pressing mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a second pressing mechanism, wherein the pasting equipment, the cutting-off mechanism, the first pressing mechanism, the cutting mechanism and the second pressing mechanism are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction of the conveying roller way. The pasting equipment is used for pressing a decorativesurface material on a decorative surface of a base material. The cutting-off mechanism is used for cutting off the facing material at the position between the adjacent base materials; the first pressing mechanism is used for pressing the edge part of the facing material with the side surface and the bottom surface of the base material; and the second pressing mechanism is used for pressing the end part of the facing material with the end surface and the bottom surface of the base material. According to the scheme, the decorative face of the base material and the face adjacent to the decorative face are comprehensively covered and decorated, the undesirable phenomena of burrs, tearing and the like are not likely to happen, the automation degree is high, and the manual labor intensity and the labor cost are greatly reduced.
