The invention discloses an efficient cold and warm radiation ceiling plate which comprises a heat insulation base plate, a heat conduction layer and a radiation layer. The heat conduction layer is arranged between the heat insulation base plate and the radiation layer, and a PERT pipe distributed in a square concentric shape is arranged between the heat insulation base plate and the heat conduction layer. The efficient cold and warm radiation ceiling plate has large cold and heat loads of a full-metal radiation ceiling plate and meanwhile can be compatible for home decoration and tooling industry efficient cold and warm radiation ceiling plates, behindhand PPR capillary networks are replaced, good heat insulation performance is achieved, and the ceiling plate is higher in efficiency and capable of saving more energy compared with the PPR capillary networks in the aspect of radiation efficiency, and the later-period use cost of the whole set of system is lower.
