The invention discloses a method for pouring polyurethane foam particle thermal insulation material with a template. The method comprises the following steps that step 1: the wall surface should be cleaned up, oil stains should be cleaned, floating dust should be cleaned and the like, a thickness control line is vertically hung and snapped, a vertical reference steel wire is hang at large cornersof the outer wall of building and other necessary places, and grooves should be reserved on the wall surface during the process of wall pouring; and step 2: the polyurethane moisture-proof primer is evenly sprayed in the grooves on the wall by using a spray gun or a roller brush with no penetration phenomenon, and a polyurethane spraying machine is turned on to spray rigid foam polyurethane evenlyin the wall grooves. In the invention, grooves can be formed on the wall by pre-arranging grooves on the wall, and the polyurethane moisture-proof primer and the rigid foam polyurethane can be directly applied and sprayed in the grooves. After the spraying is completed, the method of fixing the polyurethane foam particle insulation material on the wall by adhering, riveting and supporting is saved, instead of directly fixing the insulation material inside the wall, thus using the wall to fix the thermal insulation material.
本发明公开了一种模板浇筑聚氨酯发泡颗粒保温材料方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:墙面应清理干净、清洗油渍、清扫浮灰等,吊垂直,弹厚度控制线,在建筑外墙大角及其他必要处挂垂直基准钢线,在墙体浇筑的过程中,需要墙体表面预留凹槽;步骤二:用喷枪或滚刷将聚氨酯防潮底漆均匀喷刷在墙面的凹槽处,无透底现象,开启聚氨酯喷涂机将硬泡聚氨酯均匀地喷涂于墙面凹槽内。本发明通过通过在墙面上预设置凹槽,可以在墙面上形成凹槽,能够直接在凹槽内涂抹聚氨酯防潮底漆和喷涂硬泡聚氨酯,在喷涂完成后,省去了采用粘、铆、托的形式把聚氨酯发泡颗粒保温材料固定在墙体上,而是直接将保温材料固定在墙体内部,利用墙体对保温材料进行固定度。
