The invention relates to the technical field of building formwork construction, and particularly relates to a shear wall formwork hole-free reinforcing structure. The shear wall formwork hole-free reinforcing structure comprises formworks arranged on the two sides of a shear wall, wherein vertical first angle steel is arranged at the two ends of each formwork; each formwork comprises a plurality of rectangular plates and a plurality of first reinforcing pieces, each first reinforcing piece comprises two C-shaped plates, openings of every two C-shaped plates are horizontally arranged in a back-to-back mode and define a gap, and opposite-pull screws are perpendicular to the formworks and extend into the gaps; a plurality of first plate blocks and second plate blocks are arranged in the gaps,one second plate block is arranged between every two adjacent first plate blocks, and the opposite-pull screws penetrate through the second plate blocks; and the sides, facing the shear wall, of therectangular plates, the first reinforcing pieces, the first plate blocks and the second plate blocks are flush. According to the shear wall formwork hole-free reinforcing structure, the positions of the opposite-pull screws on the formworks can be adjusted, so that the problem that the loss is large when the formworks are recycled due to the fact that a plurality of opposite-pull screw holes are formed in the whole formworks is solved; and the structural strength of the formworks is high, and the forming quality of the shear wall is improved.
本发明涉及建筑模板施工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种剪力墙模板免开孔加固结构,包括置于剪力墙两侧的模板,每侧模板的两端均设有竖直的第一角钢,所述模板包括若干块矩形板和若干第一加强件,第一加强件包括两块C型板,两块C型板开口相背地水平设置并围成间隙,对拉螺杆垂直于模板伸于间隙内,间隙内设有若干块第一板块和第二板块,相邻两块第一板块之间设置一块第二板块,对拉螺杆贯穿第二板块,矩形板、第一加强件、第一板块、第二板块朝向剪力墙的一侧齐平。本发明通过实现对拉螺杆在模板上的位置可调,解决了在整块模板上开多个对拉螺杆孔导致模板周转再利用时损耗大的问题;模板结构强度高,提高了剪力墙的成型质量。
