The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a method for correcting torsional deviation in silo slip form system construction. A limiter is detachably mounted on each climbing rod in the slip form system construction process, and the limiters on the climbing rods are positioned on the same elevation, so that jacks are blocked by the limiters when jacked to the elevation, and torsional deviation caused by different jacking heights of the jacks in the slip form process can be prevented; and when the perpendicularity offset of the outer wallof a silo monitored by an observation point is larger than or equal to 3mm, the sides, positioned in the offset direction, of bases of the jacks are heightened through base plates, so that the jacks and the climbing rods are forced to deviate from the offset direction, an operation platform and a formwork device are driven to slide and ascend directionally, the purposes of correcting deviation andtorsional deviation are achieved, the slip form construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality of the silo is guaranteed.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种筒仓滑模系统施工中的校正扭偏方法,通过在滑模系统施工过程中于各爬升杆上均可拆卸地安装一限位器,且各爬升杆上的限位器均位于同一标高上,以使得各千斤顶顶升至该标高时即被限位器挡住,从而能够防止滑模过程中由于各千斤顶顶升高度不同而发生扭偏,并在于观测点监测到筒仓外壁的垂直度偏移量大于或等于3mm时,通过垫板将千斤顶的底座位于偏移方向的一侧垫高,以迫使千斤顶连同爬升杆偏离偏移方向,带动操作平台及模板装置作定向滑升,从而达到纠偏纠扭的目的,进而提高了滑模施工的效率,保证了筒仓的施工质量。
