The method comprises the following steps of manufacturing a water stopsupporting cushion block, machining and manufacturing a U-shaped limiting clamp, manufacturing an adjustable triangular positioning supporting frame, configuring a standard form, positioning and paying off, installing a water stop supporting concrete cushion block, installing and reinforcing a kitchen and bathroom guide wall formwork, pouring concrete, detaching the formwork and plugging bolt holes. According to the method, the high-strength and easy-to-machine capabilities of a square steel tube are fully utilized, the square steel tube is divided into small sections for design and welding,and finally, a set of complete reinforcing measures is formed by matching with other molds; the rigidity and the strength of the square steel pipe are utilized and reinforced, so that the conditions of deformation, deviation and the like of the form in the mounting process are avoided; and the perpendicularity is adjusted through an adjustable bolt and the water-stop concrete supporting cushion block, and finally the purpose of accurate installation is achieved through a series of repeated adjustment and re-inspection.
