The invention discloses a fixing device and a fixing method for a wall pouring mold preformed hole penetrating pipe. The fixing device comprises a center shaft and two end covers, wherein mounting holes are formed in the centers of the two end covers; and the two end covers are arranged on the center shaft in a sleeving manner through the mounting holes and are used for sealing the two ends of thepreformed hole penetrating pipe. According to the technical scheme, the preformed hole penetrating pipe can be effectively prevented from deviating in the concrete pouring and vibrating process, andthe accuracy of the preformed hole forming position is improved.
