The invention discloses an underground pipeline protection structure. The structure comprises a protection pipeline, vertical frames on the two sides and a plurality of inhaul cables, wherein the vertical frames are fixed into SMW construction method piles and provided with column base reinforcing rib plates, the vertical frames are provided with a plurality of inhaul cables and anchoring cables,the other ends of the anchoring cables are fixed into anchors on the ground, the other ends of the inhaul cables are fixed in a retaining ring on a pipeline protection bracket, the protection pipelineis installed in the pipeline protection bracket, and a rubber pad is arranged between the pipeline protection bracket and the protection pipeline. The invention further discloses a pipeline protection construction method, the vertical frames are arranged on the two sides of a foundation pit, the pipeline protection bracket is fixed through the inhaul cables, the anchoring cables balance the inhaul cable tensile stress through the anchors, safety and reliability are achieved, and construction is easy and convenient.
