The invention discloses an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) plate which comprises a concrete plate body (1); the concrete plate body (1) comprises a core plate (2) and two panels (3); the core plate (2) is arranged between the two panels (3); the core plate (2) and the two panels (3) are made of ALC; a plurality of steel fiber anti-crack fibrous bundles are arranged in the core plate (2); basalt anti-crack fibrous bundles are arranged in the panels (3); and the superficial area of the surface, towards the core plate (2)of each of the panels (3) is greater than the superficial area of thesurface, towards the panels (3), of the core plate (2). The ALC plate selects the environmentally-friendly material, has higher heat retaining property, improves energy conservation property of a building, can conveniently plasters slurry while mounting to increase the bonding area and improve the bonding firmness and has higher cracking resistance.
