Diatom plate and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to building materials and especially relates to a diatom plate and a preparation method thereof. In the technical scheme, the diatom plate is composed of, by weight, 60-75 parts of diatomite, 22-30 parts of a calcium material, 1.5-6 parts of wood fibers and 2.5-7 parts of a hard fiber material. The diatom plate is prepared from the diatomite as a base material, wherein the diatomite accounts for 60-75% of a dry base material. The diatom plate achieves high proportion application of the diatomite. Product performance of the diatom plate fully remains the characters of the diatomite. The diatom plate has strong self damp-absorption and damp-desorption function and a function of absorbing harmful gases. A 1220*2440 mm basic sheet material prepared from the diatom plate is higher than 10.00 MPa in flexural strength, can be widely used in the fields of partitions, suspended ceilings, models and the like, and is a novel green environment-friendly building material.
