The invention discloses a method for preparing regenerated lightweight concrete from waste. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing and screening regenerated raw materials; S2, determining a mixing slurry ratio; S3, determining a reference mix proportion; and S4, determining a production mix proportion. The invention further provides application of the method for preparing regenerated lightweight concrete from waste, which comprises the following steps that S1, mixed slurry is prepared; S2, regenerated lightweight concrete is prepared; and S3, regenerated lightweight concrete is screened. The method has the beneficial effects that full recovery is realized according to the mixing slurry ratio, the reference mix proportion and the production mix proportion of the regeneratedraw materials, so that the loss in production is reduced, and the low cost is achieved; full recovery is realized by utilizing apparent density; through the standard mixing amount of the regeneratedpowder, the good economic cost is saved and converted; a double-control method is utilized to realize massive recycling of regenerated raw materials, so that the cost is reduced; and three-stage feeding is utilized to realize full recovery.
