The foam lightweight concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: regenerated micro-powder, cement, a foaming agent and water, wherein the regenerated micro powder needs to be ground for 0.5-1.5 min under the conditions that the temperature is not lower than 100 DEG C and the speed is 25,000-300,000 r/min, the passing rate of a 75-micron sieve is not lower than 70%, and the passing rate of a 45-micron sieve is not lower than 55%; the mass ratio of the regenerated micro powder to the cement is not greater than 3: 7; the water-solid ratio of the foam lightweight concrete is 1: (1.8-2.1); according to the foamed lightweight concrete, part of cement is replaced by the regenerated micro powder subjected to high-temperature and high-speed grinding treatment, so that on the basis of ensuring that the technical performance of the foamed lightweight concrete meets the requirements, the preparation cost of the foamed lightweight concrete is greatly reduced, the construction waste utilization shortages are made up, the utilization rate of the regenerated powder is increased, and the production cost is reduced. The application range is widened, and large-scale popularization and application of the regenerated micro-powder foam lightweight concrete are facilitated.
