The invention discloses low-cost high-strength C45 fine aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of concrete preparation processes. Basic materials used by the fine aggregate concrete are composed of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a cementing material, an active material, an additive and water. The fine aggregate concrete comprises 1118kg/m < 3> of coarse aggregate, 602kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 500kg/m < 3 > of cementing material, 2.4 kg/m < 3 > of active material, 6.02 kg/m < 3 > of additive and 175 kg/m < 3 > of water. The use amountof cement is reduced, the fly ash is adopted to replace a large amount of cement, the cost of the fine aggregate concrete can be reduced, the fluidity of the fine aggregate concrete can be improved, the strength can be better improved by adopting the nano silicon dioxide, and the prepared concrete is not easy to foam, high in density, high in strength and strong in pressure resistance by adoptingthe mixed grading of the coarse and fine aggregates and the nano silicon dioxide.
本发明公开了一种低成本高强度C45细石混凝土及其制备方法,具体涉及混凝土制备工艺领域,所述细石混凝土使用的基本材料由粗骨料、细骨料、胶凝材料、活性材料、外加剂和水组成,且按照单方用量计,该细石混凝土各成分的用量如下:粗骨料1118kg/m、细骨料602kg/m、胶凝材料500kg/m、活性材料2.4kg/m、外加剂6.02kg/m、水175kg/m。本发明通过减少水泥的用量,采用粉煤灰代替大量水泥,既能降低细石混凝土的成本又能提高细石混凝土流动度,采用纳米二氧化硅能较好的提高强度,并且采用粗细骨料和纳米二氧化硅混合级配,制备的混凝土不易起泡,密度高,强度高且抗压能力强。
