The invention discloses recycled fine aggregate high-strength self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 40-50 parts of modified steel slag fiber, 10-20 parts of modified polyurethane, 10-20 parts of modified epoxy resin, 160-170 parts of cement, 250-300 parts of coarse aggregate, 180-200 parts of recycled fine aggregate and 70-80 parts ofwater, wherein the coarse aggregate comprises natural coarse aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate, the natural coarse aggregate is a mixture of broken stone and river sand, and the recycled coarseaggregate is a mixture of slag, broken stone, waste ceramic and building solid waste. The invention discloses a preparation method of the recycled fine aggregate high-strength self-compacting concrete, the prepared concrete is high in strength and excellent in mechanical property, steel slag fibers can be prevented from being corroded by the concrete, and the whole concrete has excellent corrosionresistance, can be applied to extreme environments such as acidic and alkaline environments and is high in practicability.
