Production process and production equipment of high-purity corundum cast brick
The invention discloses a production process and production equipment of a high-purity corundum cast brick. The method comprises the processes of mixed material preparation, melting, casting, heat preservation annealing and demolding. The high-purity corundum cast brick is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 98-99.5 parts of Al2O3, 0.1-0.8 parts of Na2O, 0.1-0.5 parts of SiO2, 0-0.1 parts of CaO + MgO and 0-0.1 parts of Fe2O3 + TiO2. The melting process comprises the following steps: 1/2-3/5 of molten materials are reserved in a furnace body, and clinker is directly poured into the center of the furnace body through a hopper; the raw materials are conveyed to one or more points of the edge of the highest liquid level of the furnace body at the speed of 30-50 kg/s after clinker is poured into the furnace body; before the raw materials enter the furnace body, the raw materials are mixed and then extruded into tablets, the pressure for extruding the raw materials is100-120 MPa, the extrusion time is 5-10 min, and the thickness of the prepared tablets is 1-2.5 cm; the tablets are heated to 1200-1600 DEG C in a microwave oven; the heated tablets are crushed intoparticles with the particle size of 5-8mm; and the crushed particles are poured into the range 10-25cm away from the side wall of the furnace body. The process and the equipment can effectively improve the product quality and improve the production efficiency.
