Production process and production equipment of high-zirconium cast brick
The invention relates to a production process and production equipment of a high-zirconium cast brick. The production process comprises the processes of mixed material preparation, melting, casting, heat preservation annealing and demolding. The high-zirconium cast brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 89-95 parts of ZrO2, 3.5-9 parts of SiO2, 0-1 part of Al2O3 and 0.01-0.51parts of Na2O. A raw material and clinker are included and are the same in proportion, the clinker is a block with the particle size of 3-8cm, the raw material is powder with the particle size of 0.05-1.5mm, and the clinker accounts for 10-30%. The melting process comprises the following steps: 1/2-3/5 of molten materials are reserved in a furnace body, and clinker is directly poured into the center of the furnace body through a hopper; the raw material is conveyed to one or more points of the edge of the highest liquid level of the furnace body at the speed of 30-50 kg/s after the clinker ispoured into the furnace body; and the raw material is preheated before the raw material enters the furnace body, and then microwave heating is performed to 1200-1600 DEG C, wherein the lowest point of the raw material entering the furnace body should be above the highest liquid level in the furnace body, and the distance between the lowest point and the highest liquid level is 1/2-3/4 of the distance between the highest liquid level and the reserved liquid level. The process and the equipment can greatly shorten the melting time and reduce the cost.
一种高锆熔铸砖生产工艺及其生产设备,包括混合料配制、熔化工序、浇铸工序、保温退火工序、脱模加工工序,配料按重量份计算ZrO89‑95份,SiO3.5‑9份,AlO0‑1份,NaO 0.01‑0.51份;配料中包含生料和熟料,二者配比相同,熟料为块状物,粒径3‑8cm,生料为粉料粒径0.05‑1.5mm;熟料占比10‑30%;其中熔化工序:炉体中保留1/2‑3/5的熔融物料,熟料通过料斗直接倒入炉体中央处;生料待熟料倒入后以30‑50kg/s的速率送到炉体最高液位的边沿的一个点或是多个点处;生料在进入炉体前进行预热,然后微波加热至1200‑1600℃;生料进入炉体的最低点应该在炉体内最高液位上方,其最低点与最高液位之间的距离是最高液位与保留液位之间距离的1/2‑3/4。该工艺和设备能够大幅缩短熔融时间,降低成本。
